Double-shooting leaves woman dead

Two women have been injured, one seriously, in a shooting in Kilburn, north London, in the early hours.

Both were taken to hospital, where one is said to be in a critical condition, following reports of shots being fired at about 04:15 BST.

Detectives from Trident, the Met Police's gang crime investigation unit, are at the scene in Kilburn High Road.

No arrests have yet been made. The condition of the second victim is currently not known.
