Ministry bans teaching literacy and calculations for preschoolers

Affirming that teaching of literacy and calculations for preschoolers is unscientific, the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) has issued an instruction prohibiting teachers from teaching the first-grade curriculum to preschoolers.
